Sealants

 Sealants

Problem: Potential decay.
Solution: Sealants.

Food and plaque get trapped on tooth surface causing decay food. Food and plaque are removed from the teeth. The tooth is cleaned of any debris with an abrasive paste. A special conditioning solution is applied to the tooth to prepare it for the sealants. Sealants are placed and cured creating a barrier to food and plaque. Once these sealants are placed they become an effective barrier against decay.
